We begin by assessing access at both collection and delivery locations, then inspect the piano with the client and record any existing damage in a signed and photographed condition report. Delicate components are secured or removed and the instrument is protected using suitable packing materials, ranging from transit blankets to full export wrapping, with high-value or grand pianos placed in custom foam-lined crates when required. We manage all shipping arrangements, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery including positioning and setup. All moves are handled by trained, security-cleared staff under strict confidentiality, with storage facilities monitored by alarms and CCTV. Door-to-door insurance can also be arranged according to the piano’s value.
